It's called the Pass-Out Game and over 500 children die accidentally from it each year. It is one example of poor decision-making when kids of this age choke themselves or have a friend choke them in order to pass out and revive waiting for the euphoric ten-second high as oxygen rushes back to the brain. This deadly game is an open secret among many of the nation's middle school kids.

In the video a younger brother hears his sister and her friend talking about the game and decides to try it on his own. The consequences are deadly.
