Frankie has a problem—Wendell the bully. He has tried hiding, eating lunch away from the lunch tables, and more; but nothing seems to work. But then, he thinks he has found the perfect solution—Bubble Wrap. He will wrap himself in Bubble Wrap and that will solve his problems.
This begins a hilarious day. Not only does he look strange, he had to go through doors sideways, could not sit down at his desk, and every time he took a step he squeaked and popped. It certainly was a day everyone would remember, but it didn’t solve the problem. Wendell thought popping the Bubble Wrap was a great idea. In the end the only lesson Frankie learned was that asking for help when dealing with a bully wasn’t tattling, and that was the lesson that stopped the bullying.
